        Neil O'Neil, CISSP
CEO Chief Executive Officer
In 1980, at the age of 23, Neil moved to Germany, having been an Executive Officer in the British civil service. He worked in Frankfurt for 7 years as a Procurement Specialist for the US Department of Defence. With the signs of the end of the cold war he trained and worked in London as a Stock Market trader and having survived the stock market crash of 1987, returned to Germany and Switzerland to trade the International Markets. With the onset of computer trading, he returned again to England in 1991 to go to Brighton University for a degree in Computing where he discovered the Internet and the power of data. He also met his partner Raffaello. During University he had a year out working in Bosnia, providing Humanitarian aid for UNHCR.

After University he first worked for an ISP and then for an Internet Solutions Company, finally ending up in 1997 working for Citibank as an IT auditor of International online banking systems. At this time he also set-up the Internet Company Compulab Limited and appointed John Payne as the company accountant. At Citibank he gained a professional qualification in Information Security (CISSP) and left in 2001 to become a security consultant in the financial sector. Whilst still working on Compulab Internet projects, such as musiciansreunite.com. In 2005 he gained Governmental security clearance and currently provides Information Security consultancy on major government projects. His hobbies include playing squash, bass guitar and writing screenplays. His current screenplays can be seen at www.screenplays.co.uk


 Raffaello Cowan-Boscardi             BA (Hons)
COO Chief Operations Officer
Born in Ghana 1965, Raf was then educated in England to A' level standard, (fluently speaking English, French and Italian) before joining his father as an International Timber broker. He aided in the design and implementation of one of the first logistical systems to support the extraction of logs through its life cycle to the manufacturing of wooden products. This effort entailed assignments in Papa New Guinea, British Guyana, Malawi, Korea and Japan. On returning to England in 1991, he attended Brighton University, where he met Neil and awarded the best student award in 1993. During and after University became an Oracle programmer and database designer for the International Oil conglomerate CGG (in London, Paris and Algeria), where he was instrumental in delivering PetroVision. In his own time Raf developed a data parsing and loading tool which he then used as the foundation to setup his own company in the UK. In 1996 Raf was headhunted by an American start-up and sold the intellectual rights to his UK venture to an Australian company.

In the States Raf designed and developed integrated information systems, with database and application security to meet FDA quality assurance and in compliance for the Pharmaceutical industry. This system was heavily involved in system validations, IQOQ (Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification)

During his 10 years in the States, and as part of the executive team, he helped establish the companies's headquarters in Philadelphia, building it from the 5 man start-up to 200 employees, when it was sold for $65 million to Thermo Electron in 2004.

His hobbies include golf, playing squash and tennis. His passion is food, owning one of the top fish restaurants in the UK; and is in the process of writing some culinary books. His personal website is at www.boscardi.com.

John Payne, MIAB
CFO Chief Financial Officer
John Payne was born in Reading Berkshire in1954 and remains a fervent Reading FC supporter to this day. He was educated at Reading Bluecoat School and then at Theale Grammar School. After sixth form he attended The Polytechnic of the South Bank and studied accountancy.

He spent 5 years in the profession before leaving in 1981 to become Financial Director of a full service, advertising agency. He held this position for 5 years before moving on and for the next fifteen years he continued working in industry for a variety of companies. During this time he gained expertise in office management, property and overseas fund management and computerised accountancy and software application.

In 2001 John decided to put all his energy into building up his own consultancy business offering accountancy, computer and general management advice to small and medium sized businesses in Kent, which he still is running successfully. In his spare time John has fully involved himself in local activities, he is joint founder in 1981 of KCP an open air Shakespeare dramatic company, he was a key organiser for a number of Jazz, Blues & Rock Festivals plus he is Chairman of his local Parish Council and a School Governor.
